Nano Fabrication Lab(URA105)


URA105 is Nano Fabrication Lab with an area of 500cm2. This platform will configure many micro/nano-processing equipment, including ICP - RIE, magnetron sputtering, electron-beam evaporation, PECVD, LPCVD, EBL, lithography technique and so on. This sharing laboratory aims to build an international micro-nano processing platform mainly serving for optical chip, and also other fields in microelectronics, optoelectronics, biomedicine and mechanical.

By reasonable resource allocation and sharing, it can meet the micro/nano processing needs form various universities and Longgang photoelectric enterprises in Shenzhen.

Organic optoelectronic materials and devices laboratory(CD517)


The main research direction of this lab is organic semiconductors,and based on the design and synthesis of organic - inorganic perovskite materials. By combining the composite and nanometer technology, we design and obtain photoelectric functional material. In order to study the micro/nano structure - the charge transfer - photoelectric functional relationship in photoelectric functional material, and develop new function of photoelectric devices, we explore the organic photoelectric materials applied in the fields of OLED, OPV and OTFT. Finally, it aims to promote the formation and development of organic optoelectronics to be a new generation of organic optoelectronic materials and devices development lay the foundation.
